Launch Success!

Well, we had a great website launch last week and I am thrilled with this new project and the prospects for its continued success.

This week, I'm running a special discount offer on my latest publication, "Hey, I Can See My Abs!" My Personal Physique Transformation Story of FAD-FREE Fat Loss.

Over the next several weeks, our goals are to continue increasing our subscriber base to our free Best Health Online newsletter, offer more health-related info-products, and provide top-quality information and service for folks who want to achieve better health...the FAD-FREE way.

Can't wait!

By the way, what an amazing powerful snow storm we had this past weekend! Hurricane-force gales, zero visibility, nearly 3 feet of snow (sometimes up to 8 foot drifts!)...but hey, our beloved New England Patriots won the AFC Championship! Woo-hoo!

Big Announcement!

I must say that I feel so thrilled and happy to share some incredible news with you!

Today marks the official launch of our new website endeavor: http://www.BestHealthOnline.com.

I feel as though one of my lifelong dreams has been born and is starting to grow and positively affect people's lives!

At first glance, you'll notice that the new website is currently designed with a health and fitness focus.

Many of you may know that I used to be obese; and sick and tired and frustrated--like you may be--with fad diets, butI finally achieved the body of my dreams by following whatI call FAD-FREE fitness principles.

Well, this process has inspired me to help others change their bodies and transform their lives as well. (By the way, I share my "before" and "after" pictures, not necessarily to impress you, but to impress upon you that you CAN make tremendous changes!)

In fact, I hope you visit our growing testimonials pages to see how many others have made even more impressive transformations than my own!

Over the next few weeks and months, I hope to convey my ultimate goals with this website and share what I really want to do in life.

My ultimate goal is to live a fulfilling life. I mean, I don't want to simply achieve success or acquire things; but rather, strive to experience the daily PROCESS of lifelong fulfillment...and I encourage you to do the same!

This only occurs through continual, personal development and by following a perpetual and progressive self-improvement system; much like the A.C.H.I.E.V.E. principles, which I've written about in my books and adapted from many of my life coaches who have inspired me along my life's journey.

So I encourage you to take the first few steps towards experiencing LIFELONG FULFILLMENT.

  • Make a decision TODAY...RIGHT NOW...to change yourselffor the better...
  • Take consistent DAILY actions and follow through withyour goals...
  • Focus on helping others (not hindering them)...
  • Be grateful for your many gifts, talents, andblessings...and
  • Never, ever give up on your dreams!
I wish you all the very best in fitness and in life!

P.S. Please join our free newsletter and discover how you can achieve your best (health)...online!http://www.BestHealthOnline.com/subscribe.html

Big news ahead!

I have a confession..., I've been hanging onto a secret for the past three weeks and I'm really about to BURST with excitement!! You see, I've been building my personal website for a couple of years now, and had always envisioned that I would become a major positive force for personal development. That time has FINALLY come!

For most of us, (myself included) major positive life changes come only from MASSIVE ACTION. Now, by Massive Action, I'm talking about pulling out all the stops to meet a goal or dream.

Do you recall the last time you had a great idea you wanted to develop, or a plan you wanted to see through to success? Well, if you're like me, you could probably fill a suitcase with all your failed dreams. But why is this the case? Didn't you and I really want those things we planned tohave? Didn't we let go of all our fears, get in the ring and do everything possible to make those plans and dreams a reality?

The plain answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT.

The reality is that most of us do have sincere INTENTIONS of meeting our goals and reaching our dreams--but then our daily life seems to get in the way. Excuses rule this world of failed goals. Maybe it's that we get married, or have children and suddenly our free time is not our own anymore. Our job is too demanding to even think about meeting our goals. Possibly it's just that the world seems out to get us.

The likely reason we didn't meet a particular goal is NOT that we didn't desire to meet it--but rather we did NOT take the appropriate and necessary MASSIVE ACTION. What I'm saying here is that if a GOAL or DREAM is good enough to set for ourselves, aren't we important enough to MAKE CERTAIN that we reach it? No matter what perceived hardship we have to endure??

The plain truth is that WE are the real obstacles standing in our OWN way--standing right between our current situation and our hopes for the future. This TRUTH is evident in all our personal endeavors. Change yourself--change your perceptions--CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

It's that simple!

So..., with that said, I ABSOLUTELY CAN'T WAIT to tell you about this major development--but I've been told to hold off until Monday--and so Monday IT IS!

Time to climb

Well, I'm all settled and back in the groove here in Boston, MA and it's time to get things going for this new year and season of fitness.

I just finished designing my next project and it's just about ready to launch.

Looking forward to an awesome year!
